Chopard to Debut Sustainable Designs at Cannes

Chopard annually loans out glamorous jewels to numerous celebrities attending the Cannes International Film Festival and this year, in honor of the festival’s 66th year, the luxe label has released a fabulous 66-piece collection. We were given an exclusive look at a few of these dazzlingly pieces (we’re especially enamored with the pink and purple gems pictured here) that will adorn celebrities and models such as Cara Delevingne in the days and evenings to come.
We were saddened to hear about the terrible news of the theft that occurred last night (approximately $1 million dollars worth of jewels were stolen), but we’d also like to note how pleased we were to learn that Chopard has partnered with Green Carpet Challenge. The label will be launching its first ever sustainably sourced (gold) pieces, which will be unveiled on a mystery guest at the Cannes film festival tonight.
This special collection of Chopard jewels seen at Cannes will be available for purchase in the coming years.
